I wore black nail polish to Thanksgiving dinner and my sister was like ';what's the deal with the black nail polish?'; I didn't know there was a ';deal.'; I just like it. Am I missing something?What's the big deal about wearing black nail polish?

If you watch what celebrities are doing, a lot of them are wearing black as well. I am 39 and I think it looks great. My cousin, who is adorable is 28 and it looks great on her as well.
I think it looks like someone smashed their fingers in a car door..but that's just me. If you like it flip your painted black middle finger at your sister and go about your pumpkin pie :)

When most people think of nail polish they think of basic and common colors like reds and pinks. Pretty much ';Bright Colors.'; So alot of people don't see black nail polish as being pretty or attractive. But whatever, if you like it wear it and wear it proud!

I love it, some people give me a hard time about it, but whatever! they think that because it's black it's bad. I think it looks really good on my short nails (they don't grow.....ever).
