well..its not a goth color...black is not always for goths...its just a color...im kinda prepy and i wear black polish because it matches clothes and shoes...

When my nails are long and filed into a square i think it's cute to wear with bright colored clothing. but if your nails are short and round and you wear it with dark colors you look gothic. the only bad thing is that it's hard to get off your nails, like all dark nail polish.
It's just very unflattering and looks gross on most people. I don't like wearing it because it tends to stain your nails when you take it off and it usually ends up staying in the places you can't clean it off of so it looks dirty and gross.
It's cute, it's in style, even if you're not emo/goth. I think I see it on a lot of women, but I think I may be seeing a lot of deep red that's almost black or maybe I AM seeing black, not sure. Either way I love it and can't wait to try it myself!
not everyone can pull it off (it depends on the skin and hair color) but if you can (like me) it looks amazing with everything so i like to wear it even if it looks ';Goth'; but i think it doesnt
I think some black nail polish with a chic outfit can look very good.
On the contrary, I think the gothic-esque style with black nail polish looks really bad.
I use it on my toe nails. It hides all the junk that gets under the nails. I do clean them out everynight, but I don't people seeing that I have nasty toe dirt in them.
It's great especially if it matches your wardrobe. One good thing about black nail polish is that it blends well with any clothing color.

well, it's not attractive except for halloween, otherwise you might be giving the wrong message as being goth
I am a little bit gothy (people say I look like Abby from NCIS), so I love wearing black nail polish. But it's not the only color I wear. It is, however, the color I wear most.
