take a big napkin.... dip it all the way in nail polish remover and *remove!!*
You should use Cutex nail polish remover with ace tone if you rub it hard enough it will start coming off. Thats the only way it will come off...
soak your nails in nail polish remover for about 15 minutes, and it'll start to come off. use more remover if necessary.
