Something like that would be hard to find. What you can do is use a black polish on the bottom, and a light red with sparkles on top. Both of those should be easy to find.What is the name and brand of black nail polish?

crap.. you said subtle red shimmer. damn it.. well !! sorry i failed, but try checking out Nicole's nail polish line. she has a VARIETY of colors.
I only know Essie's Over the Top, which is dark steel grey. You could buy that and add your own glitter to it, since you can get glitter at the craft store or Claires. Try Hot Topic also.
