Well personally I think black nail polish doesn't suit a lot of people. It makes them look almost frightening but if you like to wear it i would suggest yellow or maybe a light violet! Good luck!
I'd suggest a white long shirt, with a long necklace over it and legging or skinny jeans with nice flats.
