Just rub it with alcohol.
Another way is washing your hands with some soap and getting a nail scrub (it has heaps of plastic like things at the bottom and a handle at the top), and apply soap on the spikey bits and scrub it on your hand.
Or soak your hands in warm water for awhile and pick the nail polish off, under the water.
Rubbing alcohol works wonders, and so does pure acetone (watch out for this though, you can't leave it on your skin for too long.) Just make sure whatever polish remover you use has acetone in is, and rub it on your hands.
